Yes. Every piece of gold jewellery at Lumina Jewel House is BIS hallmarked. You will find the hallmark stamp on each piece, which includes the BIS logo, the purity (916 for 22K or 750 for 18K), our jeweller’s identification mark, and the year of hallmarking. Hallmarking is your guarantee of gold purity.
All our diamond jewellery comes with certification from internationally recognised laboratories such as IGI, GIA and HRD. Each certificate details the diamond’s 4 C grading and includes a unique identification number. Solitaire diamonds above 0.30 carats also feature a laser-inscribed girdle number.
Absolutely. Our bespoke design service allows you to create a one-of-a-kind piece. The process begins with a consultation where we understand your vision, followed by CAD sketches, a wax model for approval, and finally the hand-crafted finished piece. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.
We offer a 14-day return policy on non-customised jewellery in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customised and personalised pieces are non-returnable. We also offer a lifetime exchange policy — you can exchange any Lumina piece for a new one at full purchase value (applicable on the gold/diamond value, excluding making charges).
Yes. We offer complimentary lifetime cleaning for all jewellery purchased from Lumina. Our repair services include re-polishing, stone replacement, resizing, and re-stringing. Repairs are carried out by our in-house master jewellers to ensure the integrity of your piece is maintained.
