Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We ship across India via fully insured, signature-required couriers. All shipments are packaged in our signature luxury gift boxes. Shipping is complimentary for orders above Rs. 50,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, subject to payment verification. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Insured Delivery
Every shipment is fully insured for its complete value until it reaches you. The insurance cost is borne by Lumina Jewel House. Your package will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery two more times before returning the package to us.
In-Store Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order from our Jaipur showroom at no additional cost. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid government-issued ID and the order confirmation for pickup.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. International customers are welcome to contact us directly at info@luminajewelhouse.com for assistance with international orders and shipping arrangements.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, courier delays, etc.). We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
