By accessing and using the Lumina Jewel House website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Products & Pricing
All jewellery products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Gold prices fluctuate daily based on market rates, and the final price will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipment. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfer. For high-value purchases, we may require additional verification.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy on non-customised jewellery in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customised pieces are non-returnable. We offer lifetime exchange on all Lumina jewellery at full purchase value (on gold/diamond value, excluding making charges). Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
Warranty & Certification
All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. All diamonds above 0.30 carats come with certification from IGI, GIA, or HRD. Our jewellery is warranted against manufacturing defects for lifetime. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Custom Design
Custom-designed jewellery requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated cost. The final price is determined upon completion based on actual gold weight, stones used, and making charges. Custom pieces typically take 4-8 weeks to complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lumina Jewel House and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lumina Jewel House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
